Clues let you figure out the order or answer step by step.

Step 1: Read every clue.
Step 2: Draw a line or quick picture to show the order.
Step 3: Put in the sure facts first.
Step 4: Check that your answer fits every clue.

Tip: Drawing is allowed! A quick sketch beats remembering.

Worked example

In a secret code, DOG is written as FQI. How is MAP written in the same code?

A: PDS
B: OCR (the answer)
C: NBQ
D: KYN
E: RCO

Why: Each letter moves 2 later in the alphabet (D → F). So MAP becomes OCR.
